Hi im daren Im 21 and have a lazy eye, at this age is there any chance of restoring full vision by wearing a patch over the good eye or any other method.I have glasses for It and was also wondering if a lazy eye keeps geeting worse over time or dose it just get to a certain point and stay like that any answers would be greatly appreciated.

At age 21, there is very little hope of restoring full vision with patching or any other method. The lazy eye will generally not get worse over time if you are wearing the best eye glass possible for it and use the eye as much as you can.
