I have recently been diagnosed with having Blepharitis. Since it is not contagious do I need to throw out all my make-up and my contacts?

Have you read the section on blepharitis? This is usually a chronic condition that many people have. Make sure you clean your contacts well and I might throw out the mascara brush until you get the blepharitis under control.
