Old Age ROP
My twin sister and I were born in 1950. in fact we were the 1st babies born on New Year’s Day! We were 3 mths. premature. I weighed 2# and my twin weighed 2# 3oz. We were born at home.
My twin wore glasses since she was 8 yrs. old, my eyesight was fine. When I was 45 years old I had a detached retina. I had a silicon buckle treatment to reattach the retina.
