involuntary movments
I am a 47 year old female, I will try and make this very short somehow. I have these involuntary movements since I have been 9 maybe yonger. I have the constant urge to bend fingers, jerk my neck, shrug shoulder, and lots of other things like touch a piece of paper with a certain finger. Very wierd things that are quite embarrasing and others in my family notice but I have no explanation.
