Multiple Sclerosis

I have Secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis
I also suffer with (and I do mean suffer) Right sided hemi facial spasms.
I am disheartened to read that most cases are on the left side, as mine are not. Further I am actively searching for treatments other than Botox (btdt 3 sessions, didn’t help), anti seizure and benz meds (I take tegretol and valium) and am still having break throughs.
