Headache

While taking care of a baby is not easy, you need to remember to take good care of yourself. I know beacuse I have a little one at home who is one month old and I am only eighteen years old.
For the past three days I have had a headache. I was looking up on the internet about some of the causes.
They include:
- stress
- anxiety
